If you are in the market to buy a house, you are in the right place. Your dream house is waiting and we can help you get it. We can help you find the perfect home within your budget. We’ll walk you through the entire process, from qualifying to the close of escrow.

THE THREE BASIC REQUIREMENTS A BUYER NEEDS TO MEET ARE:

  • A minimum of two years of employment within your profession.

  • A credit score above 620 FICO

  • Funds to Close. This includes your down payment and closing costs.

  • 1. GET PRE-QUALIFIED

    We recommend been pre-approved by a direct lender or mortgage broker before start shopping for your future house. By doing it, it will avoid the frustration of been rejected after having an offer accepted. It would be very difficult to have an offer accepted without having a Pre-Qualification letter.

    2. LIST YOUR PRIORITIES

    Be generous with yourself. Do a list of what you need and/or what you would like to have in your dream house. List what is most important for you and your family with the option to sacrifice one of two of those features in your list once you find the perfect house.

    3. SHOP AROUND

    Use the media to look for houses in the area you would like to live. Use the real estate apps specialized in this field. Zillow, Trulia, Realtor, Redfin, etc. This will give you a sense of what is available in the market and its costs.

    4. PROPERTY VISITS

    We will send you a list of all the properties that meet your criteria as soon as they available for sale. You can also call us with a property address and we’ll find out if the property is available. We also look for any other conditions, we need to be aware of.

    5. MAKE AN OFFER

    Once you find a home you love, we will meet with you and prepare the offer.

    6. PROPERTY INSPECTION

    We work with professional home inspectors to ensure your new home is safe and in good condition. They will perform a visual inspection of the following areas: air conditioning, electric panel, appliances, roof, plumbing, and foundation, etc. Inspectors have a broad knowledge of property conditions and are not specialists.

    7. CLOSE OF ESCROW

    Once all mortgage loan and real estate conditions are met, the buyer is required to send closing cost proceeds to escrow. Escrow will ensure the terms of the purchase agreement are met and work with the mortgage lender to finalize your real estate transaction.
